Frequently Asked Questions

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for online purchases of Maple Syrup from Nigon-View Maples Shop, and for Cut Flower Subscriptions. For any purchases made on location at our Self-Serve Stand at Nigon-View Farms, we accept cash, check or Venmo. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions.

Do you charge photographers for taking photos on the farm?

Yes, there is a charge  for professional photographers.

However, there is no charge if you want to snap some photos with your family and friends while you are visiting us.   In fact, we encourage it! Please take all the photos you can while still fully experiencing the memories being made on your visit. It would be especially great if you’d tag us in your photos on social media. Your photos introduce more people to our farm.  In short, for small businesses like ours, sharing is caring.

For professional photographers we charge $15/ session or $15/hour if scheduling multiple sessions on one outing.   Our ultimate goal is to keep experiences at Nigon-View Farms affordable for everyone.  To do this we feel we need photographers who are charging for their services to pay their share as well.  We feel this is comparable to most other Agri-Tourism locations throughout the state.

Thank you for your support and understanding.  Without that we would not be able to keep offering what we do for people to enjoy.  We enjoy doing what we do, but as you can imagine there are countless hours of hard work that go into creating our flower patch and other projects on the farm.  We need to make sure we value our time as much as you value yours.

Is there a fee for families to visit Nigon-View Farms?

No! It is completely free to visit the farm and see our operation. We do have many products available for sale on the farm, though many are seasonal. Products sold on the farm include: Cut Flowers, Maple Syrup, Sweet Corn, Pumpkins & Squash, Mums and Colored Mulch.

When is the farm open?

The farm is open seasonally from sun-up to sun-down (roughly 7 AM to 8 PM) for visitors and customers! Given that our product availability is dependent on the weather each year, follow us on Facebook for updates and details on when product is ready!
